ISOLATED NEUTRAL BLOCK UPGRADE KIT

Description

Some 230V enclosed VFD control panels were manufactured where the grounded (neutral-white) conductor was terminated with the grounding (green) conductor in the grounding terminal lug on the subplate of the panel.  It is recommended that these panels be upgraded to have an isolated neutral ground.  In order to isolate the ground, the neutral-white conductor must removed from the grounding lug that terminates the grounding (green) conductor and be terminated in a separate block.

EXAMPLE OF GROUNDED NEUTRAL WHERE UPGRADE IS RECOMMENDED

The Isolated Neutral Block upgrade kit is recommended for specific models of 230V enclosed VFDs that currently do not already have the neutral wire isolated.  Please call (989) 672-2779 and provide the Serial Number on your VFD to verify if your specific model should be upgraded.  The isolated neutral upgrade kit will be sent at no cost to you.
